In addition, you have to create a special session password for Syncovery, which you have to do on the page
https://magentacloud.de/settings/user/security
Enter a session name below, e.g. B. Syncovery, then click Create New Session. Then you get a password for Syncovery.
In addition, the user name in Syncovery must now be the full e-mail address.
