The Windows desktop version of Syncovery fulfills accessibility criteria as requested

In particular:
- All graphical user interface elements are programmatically accessible
- All controls are correctly recognized by Windows Narrator and other assistive technologies
- The application can be fully operated using keyboard-only navigation, without requiring a mouse
