Re: Ondrive errors (syncovery version 10.14.3 64bit)
Hello, it seems that the OneDrive server is having a problem. It doesn't happen with my own OneDrive accounts. Apparently not all OneDrives are equal, i.e. the server software can be different from one OneDrive account to another. Since you have already enabled Internet Protocol Logging, could you m...

Re: Syncovery does not recognize Cryptomator's virtual drive
Thanks!
I think the subfolder selection dialog should now work too.

Re: How To Find Skipped Files in Large Log
Hello, the skipped files should be listed closer to the end of the log file, before the result summary and the settings. There's a section entitled Errors / Access problems with X Files: Also I would expect that the log for the second run is pretty short. In addition, you can do a text search for te...

Re: Syncovery does not recognize Cryptomator's virtual drive
Hello, your Cryptomator path is not correct. It must have the name of the drive at the end. For example: \\cryptomator-vault\Vc58iXN1nJvj\CryptoTest So, after the part with the random letters and numbers, you must have a backslash, followed by the name of the drive. This way, it works fine here. In ...

Re: Syncovery does not recognize Cryptomator's virtual drive
Hello again, I have installed Cryptomator myself now. I have no problems working with Syncovery and the Cryptomator drive at all. The interesting difference is that my Cryptomator drive appears as a network drive. It does have a drive letter, but Syncovery then suggests to replace the drive letter w...

Re: Change OneDrvNew authentication token
Hello, in this case it's best to type a new ID into the field Account (opt.). You can type anything you like, it's doesn't have to be an actual account ID. Every new ID you type there will represent a separate connection. See also https://www.syncovery.com/documentation/faq/using-multiple-accounts-w...
