Hello,
thanks for the feedback.
Note that you only need to give the service a password if it needs to access network paths (UNC paths).
If there is a problem entering the password via the Syncovery GUI, please go to

Re: Will disabling the "Cache Destination File list" empty or invalidate the existing database?
Well, realtime is supposed to be quick. It looks only at the folders where changes have occurred. So it doesn't have to get the complete file list.

Re: Will disabling the "Cache Destination File list" empty or invalidate the existing database?
Hello,
in this case, Syncovery might consider the database to be outdated.
Therefore I recommend editing the profile, changing the name first (just add "without cache") and then removing the destination file list cache checkmark.
Remove any scheduling or real-time settings.

Re: Copying empty folders not working
Hello,
it should remember the setting if the profile is really a two-way job, i.e. the copying directions "Left to Right" and "Right to Left" are both chosen.
If you ever remove the checkmark "Right to Left", then it will change it back to adjust on: right.

Hello,
empty folders are suported only by Syncovery 10, and you need to choose "Support Empty Folders" on the second tab sheet of the Internet dialog in the profile.

Re: LucidLink sync - creation dates on Mac
The creation dates were missing in the macOS catalog info data from the LucidLink drive.
The new version 10.4.2 will now use data from the Unix kernel if it's missing.

Hello,
could you look for log.txt in the Syncovery installation folder? The folder path is normally /.qpkg/SyncoveryCL on data volume 1. This folder can be shared by creating a network share and specifying the path manually. Then you can easily access the log file.

Hello,
it looks like you are trying to install the 32-bit version, but I am very sure that you need the 64-Bit Intel/AMD package.

Yes, apparently the API limits this to 10 MB. The API error is exportSizeLimitExceeded.
