Hello,
I had an idea, if you are using a non-default copying order, this could happen. Can you check the copying order under "Special" in the profile?

Can you send a complete log file to support@syncovery.com?

Hello, yes, you can surely delete all traces. First, uninstall the regular way, from the Synology DSM App Center. It looks like you need the two DLLs attached to this post.

Please extract and copy the Syncovery Program folder, such as
C:\Program Files\Syncovery

They will be included in the next update.

maybe a DLL is missing. Are you using the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Syncovery? And which version exactly?

Did you install the new version over an existing installation?

Hi,
thanks for the additional info. Do you think the problem could be that sometimes it just doesn't wait long enough? I will check the logic and improve it in the next update.

Hello, you cannot use X to minimize. Never could. X closes and terminates the GUI. In which case a tray icon may be left over, but that's the Background Scheduler - a completely separate process. Jobs that run "with preview" always run in the main GUI process, and X would stop that and kill the runn...
