SharePoint to Local Move Leaving Folder Structure

I'm using the "Move Files to Destination" sync operation mode to bring files down from SharePoint to a local server to be archived. All of the files and file structure copy to the local server successfully, but only the files are deleted on SharePoint. Is there another option I need to select to also automatically delete the subfolders so I don't have to go back and clean them up?

you can try the checkmark "Remove Folders That Were Emptied" in the "Folders" category in the profile.
