Hello,
the warning may have been caused by a slowness of the hard drive.
Maybe you can take a direct look at the Logs folder /volume1/.Syncovery/Logs using some other tool.
You could also request the re-count on the clean-up page until it does a full re-count.
The limit of 50 is per profile, so if you have many profiles, it can be 50 times the profile count.
