Re: Split jobs (to save memory) after x million entries and realtime sync

It applies to Unattended as well, but sometimes there are fewer parts unattended because files that don't need to be copied aren't kept in the list.

Re: Split jobs (to save memory) after x million entries and realtime sync

Yes, that will be fine.

Re: Split jobs (to save memory) after x million entries and realtime sync

Hello, even for split jobs, the database will contain all files. Normally you don't need to worry about these things, as Syncovery handles them automatically. Your plan will work even if you don't take the special steps you mentioned. If there is no database, it will do a normal scan and add all ent...

Re: Dashboard often hangs with "loading" after clicking OK on "edit profile"

Hello,
can you try the new Linux version 9.39f? I fixed a few thread safety issues that may have caused this, and removed a locking mechanism that is no longer needed.

Re: Service start on Windows 11

I think you should Google that last message (The service did not start due to a logon failure).

I think it means that the user or password is wrong.

Re: Dashboard often hangs with "loading" after clicking OK on "edit profile"

Hello, some general info, if it happens again. To be able to analyze the GUI status, can you go to the Program Settings dialog, tab sheet Advanced, and choose X Enable status web pages for each SyncoveryCL process And then when you see again that the profile list cannot be loaded or refreshed, pleas...

Re: Service start on Windows 11

Hello,
most user accounts may not be allowed to log on as a service. I don't have access to a Win 11 machine during the next 9 days but will test it afterwards.

If you could mention the exact wording of the error message, it might be useful. There are different log-on related errors for services.

Re: bug with the ETA shown in the app.

Hello,
the new version 9.39c now has a new ETA algorithm. Can you try it?

If there are still problems, it's now possible to log details about ETA calculations.

You could also look in the log files for any error messages.
