I have Syncovery 11.14.0 running on Mac OS 15.7.5 (Mac Mini M4). I have well over a dozen profiles and I find that the scroll bar behavior in Syncovery isn't consistent. That was exactly the case. The new machine had Syncovery running as a different user so the home directory was different. I went into File- Settings- Misc and pointed the Database path to the new user's home directory and it seems good now. Thanks!
