GDrive sync Waiting for Shared Cloud DB

Hello,

I was running Syncovery on a Mac Studio M1 Ultra (Mac OS 13.6.7, Syncovery 10.16.10). Recently I had to move it to older hardware but a newer OS (Mac Mini Intel 2018, Mac OS Sequoia 15.1.1, Syncovery 10.16.10). I migrated the cfg file and the jobs all came over properly. The only issue I have is that the Intel machine will pop up a "Waiting for Shared Cloud DB" message when copying from a Google Shared Drive. That wait can be as long as 10 minutes or more. I feel like I never saw the message on the old installation. Is there something I can check / reset to improve that behavior?

Hello,
yes, it seems that the database cannot be accessed. It can also happen if multiple profiles are running simultaneously and they compete for accessing the same database.

If you copied the cfg file, you probably need to open the Program Settings dialog and adjust some paths. For example, the database path is usually in your user folder. If the user name on the new system is different, it needs to be adjusted.

That was exactly the case. The new machine had Syncovery running as a different user so the home directory was different. I went into File- Settings- Misc and pointed the Database path to the new user's home directory and it seems good now. Thanks!
