I have added a Synology box to replace a old HP mico server. I have installed Syncovery and added exactly the same settings as used in Windows except there it has SSH/SFTP as the option but only SSH is available with the Syncovery version. But I get a auth errer 16 when used. Any ideas how to go from here?

SSH in the web GUI means SSH/SFTP.

Please try creating the profile manually, without using the Browse button, so you can run it and get a log file.

Can you send a complete log file to support@syncovery.com, possibly sanitized by removing confidential info?

Or if you look into the log file yourself, you will find some interesting details about the SFTP connection.

Thanks got it going, not clear what I did but whatever it was worked! As a query how do I know if/when there is an update?
