Hello everyone,

I am trying to install the latest version on my NAS TS-133 or TS-233. Currently running version 9.38e. Tried all four available ARM versions with the following results.

App installation [App Centre] Failed to install Syncovery Remote Service 11.9.1. The installation package is incompatible. Use the compatible package.

App installation [App Centre] Failed to install SyncoveryCL 11.12.0. The installation package is incompatible. Use the compatible package. x19 x31 x41

What can I do?

Hello,
these devices are 64-bit ARM, so you can download the 64-bit installer.

I am sure that will work fine!

The 64-bit ARM world is standardized and I have never seen any compatibility issues like with 32-bit ARM.
