Hi,
I received a Google passwords alert, that the password used to login to my client account at https://www.backupcreations.com/ has been hacked.
When I log in with the hacked password and go to the "my account" tab, it says that the page does not exist.
I tried to log out and then in the login window, use the option: "forgot password" but it is asking for login and email and when I use my email and login, it says it does not match?
How can I create a new safe password. please?
