Email not getting delivered

We have configured emai with office 365. It was working fine till last week. But suddenly stopped deliverying mails. The error shown is

ERROR (ESynapseError): Synapse TCP/IP Socket error 10060: Connection timed out, in Connect(smtp.office365.com:587), not CanWrite(60000) @ 0000000001C1B409, Thread ID: 23444, CP: CbFTPStatX (CloudUpload)

Checked different sites for solution but unable find anything concrete. Please help me clarifying where is the problem so that I can check and clear it.

Hello,
SMTP can no longer be used with Microsoft.

You need to update Syncovery and go to the email settings again and click the M365 button to authorize Email sending using the Graph protocol.

Some additional information: both Syncovery 10.18.4 and Syncovery 11 have the new Microsoft 365 button on the SMTP dialog (Program Settings -> Notify -> SMTP Server and Recipients...).

The new button switches the email sending from the old SMTP protocol to the new Graph protocol, which is authorized via OAuth2 in your web browser (and Syncovery won't get your password).

Syncovery 11 however is a much improved version, with many GUI, feature and internal improvements. Read more about it here:
