Color and Conflicts

1. If I choose adjust them on the right, that should update the right side? When I choose that and Start nothing changes
2. How do I fix the color for Conflicts?

Hello,
I don't think that this color can be edited.

I'll try to make it brighter in an update.

Ok. What about question #1? Am I misunderstanding the Adjust Them selections?

"Adjust them" is only for green files, those which should be moved into a different subfolder on one side so it matches the other.
