Quick method to view most recent log?

Just thinking of a way to reduce clicks since most of the time I want to look at a log file it's only the most recent one. Plenty of room on the toolbar for another button. Or, maybe ctrl-click on the existing button just opens the most recent log file for the currently selected profile.
