Hello,
I have released a new version 10.14.7 where the "Forget Cloud Access Tokens" button should work better. There have been additional improvements as well. Can you try it?

Perhaps you will feel that this is a different topic.. but

I am trying to use the forget cloud tokens on 10.15.0 for windows 10 64bit.
I am using google shared drives on google workspace with 5 subscriptions.
I have almost 500 sync jobs.
sometime last month some accounts started showing internal error: timeoute in EnterAuthMutex (A)
I tried a few things that didn't help. then I found the "forget cloud access tokens"
it did forget the tokens for the accounts that did not have a problem, and the problematic accounts still are "waiting for authentication by other process"
and do not ask for new authentication credentials.

having almost 500 jobs divided by 5 account I am looking for a solution that will not require manual editing of each job.
I could script it. but I'm hoping for something less sophisticated.
would you recommend exporting jobs, uninstalling, and re-installing fresh.. then importing the jobs back?
or can think of another way?

Hello,
how many of these jobs run regularly, by scheduler?

Can you turn off the scheduler and wait until all running jobs have completed, and then run one of the problematic jobs in Attended Mode? It should really work then.

Could you also send a log file from one such job to support@syncovery.com?

Exporting etc. should not be necessary and probably won't help. We really have to find the actual cause.

How many different ones of these "Account (opt.)" IDs do you have?

Excellent,
I started by stopping the scheduler and letting all jobs complete. Almost all jobs are on the scheduler.
then looking through the jobs I saw that one of the problematic jobs had a link to enter credential "click here to authorize with cloud service" with this link I was able to redo the creds. did this for all broken account opt. Notice that the link was not on all broken jobs, maybe they were only on one job per account? maybe the most recent?.. not evident when I have 400+ jobs. But I am happy to have it cleared up.

Thanks a bunch. problem solved... I realize that I didn't answer all your questions or send you logs because it is solved, ... BUT if it is valuable for you, I can follow through, please let me know.

Hi,
many thanks for your reply! My goal is to make this easier in a future version by having a centralized account overview / managing dialog.
