'Profile Group Editor' on Syncovery 10.4.2

Hi team,

Where can I find the new feature "Profile Group Editor" on Syncovery 10.4.2 QNAP?

I tried to edit the existing profile (which was created from earlier version) & create a new profile, but unable to find that option (unless, I'm blind as always )

Sorry that's not in the web GUI, hence not for QNAP ... I hope I can add it in a future update.
