Sync from a list offolders

Hi,

We have a drive where there is a bunch of folders to sync (a few hundreds) but not all of them goes to the same place ie:

folder 1
fodler 2
folder 3
folder 4
folder 5
...
folder 1000

let say that folder 1 and 3 goes to somewhere
folder 2 elsewhere
folder 4 elsewhere
folders 150 to 200 lsewhere
folder 892 elsewhere
etc...

Is there a way to have a list of folders to be synced for each job ? I cannot create a filesync job for each of them.

Any ideas ?
