Choose some subfolders on the left-hand side using Profile Settings -> Include Subfolders -> Choose Folders and Files.
Then create new subfolder. As a result it will be selected automatically to be synchronized with the right-hand side. Go to "Choose Folders and Files" to see that it is selected.
I beleive it is wrong behavior. New created subfolder should not be selected automatically for synchronization if "Include Subfolders" option choosed.

you can remove the option to add new subfolders automatically in the top right side of the selection dialog.

Thanks! I was confused because that option is placed right under right-hand side. May be it will be better to move it to another place.
