Increase Time Out for Remote Service

I'm using Remote Service to create file list but it takes a long time and profile failed.
I do see maximum time setting on Windows version but couldn't find in Linux client.
v2 file size is 150MByte and it will take a long time - 3-5 hours if I started from scratch.
Is there anyway I can increase time out period or work around it?
