Syncovery and Windows long file path support

Hello all, I'm using Syncovery 10.16.4 on Windows, I have an issue copying file paths over 260 characters and was wondering if Syncovery has long file path support:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windo ... -and-later
If not, then is my only other option to use the pascal script to shorten the file path? -
https://www.syncovery.com/pascalscript/
Thanks for any help.

Hello,
yes, Syncovery has long path support built-in.
But if you copy over the network or to a cloud server, then limitations by the network protocols such as SMB, or by the internal server rules will apply.
The best solution can only be determined if you send a log file with errors to support@syncovery.com or post the relevant errors here.

Thankyou Tobias - see below for an example from the logfile of one of the files it fails to copy:
(Cannot open /LWH DATA/LiverpoolLab-Instruments/NextGen/Panel_Runs/Validation & Verification/Validation_vs2_16669-1426255786/Validation_vs2_Run2/SureCall/SC_Folder/S8_NGS513_L1407992_V2R2_22Jun2015_11_53_10_892/S8_NGS513_L1407992_V2R2AnalyzableTarget-Oversequencingcoverageplot.png at 0000000001616DCF.CP: BTFOutX)
As the file path above has 268 characters I've assumed that is the problem.

Hi,
if the source folder is a network folder, it might be the length. SMB has limits. In that case, it's better to install Syncovery directly on the machine where the data is stored.
I would need to see more of the log file for a complete analysis.
