how could I change manually the GUI language, e.g. English --> German or visa versa?

Hello,
each version is a separate download. First you need to change the language of the download page in the top right corner (language selector).

Then you can download the version you need. This applies do the download pages on www.syncovery.com.

The German versions are also available under www.superflexible.de.
