Hello,

I am using v9.23 (Windows 64 bit) on a Windows 11 system. When trying to copy73,843 files from an external USB drive to a network share, the program does not finish, but registers File # 73843 of 73842 1,060 GB or 1,069 GB (99.1%). Do you have anu suggestions on what I soud do?

Please cancel the job, or kill Syncovery with Task Manager if you cannot cancel it.

Then update at least to version 9.50d. The latest version is 10.15 and it’s much better, but 9.50d should work too.

Then run the job again and it will copy any remaining files.

Ideally, use Exact Mirror Mode. Just in case that a broken transfer resulted in an incomplete file carrying today’s date as modification timestamp. Exact Mirror Mode will replace such bogus ‚newer‘ files with the actual files from the source.

Run it in Attended Mode and check the Sync Preview to ensure that the proposed copying actions make sense.
