Syncovery Support Forum

Hello,
I'm currently experiencing errors accessing AWS buckets in Syncovery 9.00(64 Bit). I have several successful installs with various versions of 8.x (64 Bit) but this newest install of 9.00 results in "Cannot access S3:// (Bucket name is not allowed: at 00000000014D3EB8).

If I use the same AWS Access ID and Secret Key on an install of 8.x, Syncovery has no issue accessing and lists my buckets.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello,
this could occur when using the Browse button to choose the bucket. It has been fixed in version 9.00d. Please update.

In 9.00-9.00c it would work if there was a valid name in the bucket field, but not if the bucket field was empty.
