Syncovery is GREAT at processing shares containing nested folders and files with long file names.
Is there a way for me to use Syncovery to DELETE the contents of a share containing long file names?

yes, you can mirror an empty folder to your target and use Exact Mirror mode.

You may want to turn off using the Recycle Bin in the profile under Files->Deletions.

Run the job manually in attended mode, so you can look at the Sync Preview and see all the files Syncovery wants to delete, and confirm the deletions.
