I have numerous sync jobs that sync files out of a Google Drive to Sharepoint, but I'm seeing a very persistent error.
We have hundreds of .pptx files that syncovery cannot export. The logs all show "File is too big to export from Google Drive"
I've checked the files on the Google side & most of them are under 30 megs. Much larger files that that with other file extensions are synching without issue.
Am I missing something?

Re: Cannot sync .pptx files from Google Drive
Hello,
if you get this error, the files are not pptx files but really Google Docs Slides / Presentations.
These can be exported, but there is a very small file size limit imposed by Google when any software tries to download them via the API. According to the official docs, the exported content is limited to 10 MB.
I do not believe that there is any workaround.
It's possible that you need to download them manually and replace the original Presentations with actual Microsoft Powerpoint files (pptx).
