Problems with SharePoint to Box Data Migration

Hi everyone,
I've been copying data from SharePoint (Graph) to Box for quite some time now, purely from cloud to cloud. Everything was working very well until I recently encountered the following issues:
1. During the last few copying processes, Office files have been corrupted. They can no longer be restored on the other side, or only through the repair option in Office apps.
2. Suddenly, copying no longer works. When I start a process, it gets stuck on one file in the sync preview and nothing else happens. In the log, I see an absurd countdown that I can't explain. Do you have any idea what might be causing this? I have already reinstalled Syncovery and reconnected to the cloud accounts, but the problem still persists.
