Copying Zip files to OneDrive

Hi

I'm getting the following error when try to copy zipped files to OneDrive (this is a two way sync, so in this case the copy direction is Right to Left).

"Unzipping to an FTP or other Internet folder is not supported"

Whilst I appreciate unzipping isn't supported in this case, I don't want to unzip it. I want to copy the zipped file as is. All compression settings are turned off, so I'm not sure why it's trying to unzip the file.

The file was originally downloaded from a different location and zipped using a different Syncovery profile, so I can only assume this source profile is adding something to the database to say this file should be unzipped when copying right to left. If that's the case is there any way to isolate the two profiles to prevent that?

Hello,
please also remove the checkmark "Decrypt Files Copied Right to Left" under "Encryption" in the profile.

In addition, please go to the tab sheet Versioning->More and choose "Do Not Decode Right-Hand Filenames" in addition to the checkmark "Do Not Decode Left-Hand Filenames" that is most likel already checked by default.

Does this help?

Brilliant, thanks Tobias.

It was the "Do Not Decode Right-Hand Filenames" that did the trick, as you say the option was already select for Left-Hand files.

Keep up the good work, I've used Syncovery for years and it's still my go to for moving files around.
