Hello,
the problem will be fixed in the next update.

If you disable the verification under "Verification" in the profile, all files will be downloaded correctly.

What the verification stage stumbles over is expired download links. The main download stage automatically renews them, but the verification stage has a problem there.

I cannot get it to connect at all. using 12.3.4 on windows 11. It asks for 2FA code, i enter it and it asks for it again, and again..... If I click container, it fails to retrieve any data "ERROR cannot access ext:// {icloud connect Failed at 00007FF6539CE483} EPrepExeption at 00007FF65423F1C6"

Hello,
if you have Advanced Data Protection enabled, you may need to first log in to icloud.com and allow web access.

If problems remain, you could try Rclone inside Syncovery, although the connection (creating the Rclone remote) probably needs to be done via Rclone command line.

If you would like me to analyze the problem and help improve Syncovery, you can turn on Internet Protocol Logging on the Program Settings dialog, tab sheet Logs, and then try again. Once it has failed, there are FTPLOG files in the TEMP folder, which you could send to support@syncovery.com.

There will also be a new Syncovery version this week, with improvements regarding Advanced Data Protection.

Version 12.3.5 fixes various problems now, including the verification error.

I have Advanced Data Protection turned off. i will try what you have suggested and I will get back to you. Thanks!
