Hello,
at the top, please choose:
- "Copy from Source" for owner and permissions
- Use ".metadata-syncovery" files to save permissions
X For folders on the right-hand side

And the next setting concerns Extended Attributes. The button for Extended Attributes can be found under Special->More.
