Error 38, can't resolve, can't copy from desktop to onedrive

\Data_CURRENT\IMAGES\2020_Year_End\Credit Card Statements\20200931 Citi 1213.pdf (ERROR 38 creating ZIP file - file could be locked, too large, or not enough TEMP space)

got this in ATTENDED, UNATTENDED, and after deleting cache (ver. 9.15)
happens with 6 files.
i went to the files, am able to open the files, view the files, size is acout 300 kb, not big at all
any help appreciatd

the ERROR did exist, version 945x . So, after posting, i did realize to check for latest version. version 947o RESOLVED the error. so it is again fixed.

this is the thread i created, error THIRTY EIGHT, same text message, seems to have popped up again in a different number?
