Hi.
When I click on the SyncoveryCL icon on the NAS desktop Iget a message saying "problem loading page".
According to the app centre SyncoveryCL is running. I have tried stopping it and restarting it but it will not run.

Can you look at the guardian page at port 8900 and post it or send to support@syncovery.com?
Also, maybe you can just install the latest Syncovery version to get any fixes etc?

Hi.
I am unable to access :8900. Not matter which web browser I use I get a message saying that it is unreachable.
I can log into the NAS as normal using a web browser or Qfinder Pro.
Will I lose all of my profiles if I deleate the current version of SyncoveryCL on my NAS and replace it with version 11?

OK, maybe the Guardian is not running. That's totally fine.
You already have Syncovery 11 according to the logs. So it is only a minor update.
Installing Syncovery updates, whether minor or major, always preserves all settings and profiles, so you will never lose anything.
Please make sure to choose the correct package for your CPU type on the QNAP download page.
