Which License should I use?

Post by KennyLin »

I'm confusing about these two licenses.
Single Business User (Two Systems)
Five-Pack Business License

It's a little confusing me about "Single User" meaning.

Here's my plan to use Syncovery:
I have two servers (Windows / Linux) and many machines in an intranet.
Automatically sync files from many computers by linux server which installs Syncovery.
And for upload files from Server to other computers. We install Syncvoery on a Windows Server (use administrator account).

If a member want to upload file from server to devices. He needs to login Windows Server with his own account and use administrator priviledge to turn on Syncovery. Many user can do this action in the meantime.

In this case, can I use Single Business User?
In other case, if I add one more Windows Server, I still can use Single Business User?

All actions is in the intranet.

Hello,
in this case you can ignore the "User" part of the license. Basically you need one license per machine where Syncovery is installed. So if you have 1 Windows + 1 Linux, you can order the combo edition (two systems) license.

If you have additional Windows servers where you want to install Syncovery, they need their own license.

Our ordering system calculates volume discounts for each quantity step. For example, if you order 3 licenses, each license will be cheaper than if you order 2. And 5 Single Machine/User licenses equal a FivePack.
