It depends on the Syncovery version. Some help problems were recently fixed.
You can always open Syncovery.chm from Windows File Explorer.

The help problem was fixed in v10.16.3 for Windows from October 3rd, 2024.
It was caused by an incompatibility of Syncovery's visual themes and the help viewer program.

I'm at 10.16.9
But, once I manually opened the CHM, then closed it. Now F1 displays the help normally.

The behavior might still be different depend on visual theming settings.
