Apparently the new OpenSSL version 3.2 doesn't work on some systems. You can go to the Program Settings dialog, tab sheet Cloud, and choose:
X Use SecureBlackBox SSL/TLS rather than OpenSSL
X Use SecureBlackBox SSL/TLS rather than OpenSSL
