Explicit TLS not staying selected

I just installed Syncovery on our new Synology NAS and I'm having an issue with one profile trying to access an FTP server. I get the error "530 Non-anonymous sessions must use encryption". It looks like the security mode should be "Explicit TLS" but I select that option and run the profile again, which fails and when I go back into the settings, it is un-selected. Am I missing something? Let me know if you need more information.
