[SOLVED] QNAP upgrade to Syncovery 10.3.11 Error

Hi team,

QNAP Model: TVS-671
QNAP version: QTS 5.0.1.2346
Syncovery version: 9.47g
Syncovery Guardian version: 1.60

When I tried to install the version 10, it threw the following error:


And when I went to Event Log:



What do you think could have happened here?

Hello,
it looks like you are trying to install the 32-bit version, but I am very sure that you need the 64-Bit Intel/AMD package.

could you look for log.txt in the Syncovery installation folder? The folder path is normally /.qpkg/SyncoveryCL on data volume 1. This folder can be shared by creating a network share and specifying the path manually. Then you can easily access the log file.

The full Linux path in an SSH shell or via SFTP is usually
/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/SyncoveryCL

Another option could be trying the Unified Syncovery 9/10 Linux Installer Utility for Windows which you can download from
https://www.syncovery.com/download/linux/

Thanks for your reply, Tobias; for some reason it fixed itself, and now I am able to upgrade to the latest version 10.4.2 too
