Syncovery 10 Released for Linux

Post by tobias »

Hello,
I wanted to let you know that Syncovery 10 is now available for Linux. The supported CPU types include AMD/Intel 64 bit and 32 bit as well as ARM 64 bit.

A lot of work has been done on the browser based GUI to make it more consistent and fix little bugs and add all of the new settings that were added to Syncovery over the past year.

Most of the new Syncovery 10 features are included in the Linux version, except for the 7-zip archive format.

Installed OK but have the usual problem of endless “Trying to Kill the Service” that comes with out rebooting my NAS after a Syncovory update. Sent log file in to see if it helps.

Hello,
yes that log entry is from the Syncovery Guardian. Sometimes it may interfere with the upgrade process, although the installer tries to stop the guardian during the installation.

In any case, you can turn off the Guardian on the Program Settings dialog, tab sheet "Advanced", with the button at the bottom of the dialog (Stop Syncovery Guardian).
