Schedule profile to always run at X minutes after the hour

Post by SyncoveryLG »

This seems like something that shouldn't be too hard to do so I must be overlooking something.

I have a job I always want to run every hour but at 15 minutes after the hour:
00:15
01:15
02:15
...
23:15

I have it set to "Run Every" 1 Hours and then I "Specify Next Run" to be the upcoming one, so say right now it's 15:35:00 so I set the next run to 16:15:00.
It does fire off at 16:15:00 but it ends up reverting to always running at the top of the hour. I figured it would run every 1 hour after that initial next run time, or is next run time simply a one-off that isn't referenced by anything after that fires?

Is there a way to do this?

Oh, forgot to add I also have the time window set to only run between 10:00:00 and 23:00:00. Perhaps the time window needs to be set to the same minute offset?

No "Additional Times" are specified

The following are all disabled:

Interval specifies idle time
Run missed daily job
Add random delay
Run upon scheduler start
Run upon shutdown or reboot
Interrupt Running Profile At End Of Time Window
Interrupt in Middle Of File
Use a single never-ending profile run (to keep FTP connections)
Run profile when drive is available
Delay between access attempts (0, 0)
Minimum pause between actions (0,0,0)

Thanks.

Hello,
sorry for the late reply, yes if you specify the next run to be at xx:15, it should stick, but the time window also needs to start at xx:15.
