Hi
I'm running a long job to upload 652 files (4.6TB) from a USB hard drive to S3.
I started the job on 16/10 and went away on a biz trip.
it's been uploading since then at around 5..8MB/s, probably limited by the USB Interface of the HDD.
However, when I came back looked back at the GUI on 21/10, the GUI was not showing as much details
1) On the main page, the status of the job is stuck on "Running (Busy copying)" while I'm pretty sure it was a changing status when I originally started the job.
2) When I open the detailed status some parts seems to be correctly updated but some seems frozen and haven't change since I looked on the 21/10
Updated correctly:
- number of files completed over total number of files
Not updated :
- All the "Elapsed" line,
- Overall progresss (stuck at 2.6TB while AWS repors alrady 3.6TB on the bucket)
- Thread activity : sames files listed with same % of completion since 21/10
Shouldn't the status be updated ?

Hello,
to avoid web GUI issues, please close your browser when you go away and log back in when you want to see the status.
Did you try if this helps refreshing the data?
On the other hand, if a job isn't reporting properly, please right-click it on the main Syncovery tab and choose "Diagnose Activity" and send me the report.

The browser was closed in every cases.
I don't understand what you mean by "main Syncovery tab" and "Diagnose activity"
For me the "main screen" is what I copied as the 1st screen shot and I don't see a "Diagnose activity" there.
Can you please advise ?

Hi,
"Diagnose Activity" is in the context menu (right-click the profile).
If nothing helps, you may have to reboot the machine and run the job another time.
