Syncovery not reachable eventhough state is "running"

Dear,
I use Syncovery 8.68h on my Synology NAS. For a longer time, everything was running smooth - however, after some time, I cannot reacht the WebGUI anymore.
A restart of the NAS brought a short-time relief, but after roughly 24 hours, I am back where I cannot reach the WebGUI.
What am I missing - and which logs would be a good starting point?
The obvious show no connection related entry at all.

Thank you for your feedback and guiding me in the right direction,
regards,

Connor

Hello,
I think you should install the Syncovery Guardian, which re-starts the service if it's stuck:
https://www.syncovery.com/guardianlinux/

In addition, try not leaving the browser window open with the Syncovery web GUI.

Finally, you may want to upgrade to Syncovery 9.30. The upgrade is free for licenses ordered since January 2018. Older licenses can be upgrade at
https://www.syncovery.com/download/linux/

Good evening,

thank you for your support - seemingly the Guardian (along with it's GUI) solved the issue.
For the free update, I bought three weeks to early - however, the link you provided only gets you to the download section, but not the "upgrade" one.
But I finally managed to find it - thank you for your great support.

Have a great evening,
regards,

Connor
