I am unable to update to 9.11. I have downloaded 3 times and after going through manual install get
[Syncovery] Status before installation: [Syncovery] Installing vto/volume1@appstore/ Syncovery [Syncovery] File details: -rwxrwrwx 1 root 22548240 Sep 3 23:17 usr/bin/ Syncovery CL
When I run the program its still 9.10a.
Oddly when I go into Package Centre Syncovery it says 9.11 is installed?
Can't update to 9.11

Re: Can't update to 9.11
Hello,
which NAS model (or CPU) do you have?
I will be able to verify the installer packages by Monday.

Re: Can't update to 9.11
Hello,
I have verified the installer and it is correct. In some cases it may take a reboot to see the new version.

Re: Can't update to 9.11
Found how to do that, Package Centre is saying 9.11, closed and restarted program twice but the program when running is still not saying 9.11? The second time I reinstalled with the program stopped. It has exactly the same messages as the original install.
I have now found how save profile so uninstalled and reinstalled but it done exactly the same annd came up with the original settings and profile and version number.
Rebooted the NAS and thats done it now showing 9.11

Re: Can't update to 9.11
Thanks for the report! I will surely monitor and improve the installation process in the future.
Another important thing is to click Refresh in your web browser and re-login to the web GUI to see the new version number.
Sometimes the Syncovery GUI process cannot be stopped so a reboot is necessary, or possibly trying to kill it via SSH shell.

Re: Can't update to 9.11
Well 9.12 came fast, this time I stopped scheduler and itv installed OK. You used to have to do this with the windows version so I must remember to do it with the NAS. When installed scheduler was loaded when I opened the program and 9.12 reported OK.
