Comparison with Sharepoint not Accurate

Hi everyone - I've been trying to use Syncovery to do a simple copy to Sharepoint. On the left we have a file share on the local server with many sub-folders and 120gb of files. On the right we have Sharepoint. For some reason it is just not picking up the missing files on the right that do appear on the left. I set up some speed limits during certain hours but otherwise haven't modified any settings. Any ideas?

Just discovered that it does see the files on the left, but thinks they are on the right. When I look at filtered files it lists the 5 files with [LR] next to them. They are 1000% not actually in sharepoint though.

Hello,
maybe the cloud cache database is out of sync. You can delete it to force Syncovery to get a fresh listing of the cloud side.

The exact filename and path is shown in the log file, it will be similar to

Code: Select all

C:\ProgramData\Syncovery\Database\Sharepoint_Cache_b!SLAFIJKG5UaxtzasdKMdDArp4AuRK_1EhGjoLdfghaeWxMUgcQFasSI77fgXxQ_4C_01HGF655FCMKO7NKTYSJGK56ASPXCIHIS3[sharepoint]v2.syncfdb
