Hi,

syncing files to OneDrive works since years like a charm. But now I wanted to backup my OneNote files to local and this does not work. Has it to do with the missing file extension or are OneNote files locked and it's not possible to backup them?

I use the OneDrive new internet connection setting.

it is not possible to download these, because they are an online-only format.

Actually it depends on what version of OneNote you're using, as some of them provide a means for local copies/backups.
