Stuck on Copying File at 100%

I’ve found lately that one of my profiles gets stuck at 100% copying a split large file to a cloud provider. I need to cancel the profile and restart it to get the file to upload otherwise it will be at 100% for days.

Hello,
thanks for the report! Can you make sure you have the latest Syncovery 9.47w for Mac?
Some cloud providers may have server problems. But to tell you more, please send the complete log file to
support@syncovery.com after having waited long enough and then canceled the profile (the profile must be stopped gracefully rather than terminated forcefully so that the log is complete).
