Syncovery was working well until I had to get a new Mac Computer recently.
When will you upgrade to the Apple M2 Ultra chip with Sonoma 14.6.1 so that I can continue using Syncovery?

I am not aware of any problems. Do you have the latest Syncovery version 10.16.10 for macOS?
Did you see that there is a separate download for Intel and Apple Silicon aka M1, M2 etc.?

I recently upgraded to a Mac with the M2 chip and am facing similar issues with Syncovery not working properly. I have installed the latest version (10.16.10) and ensured I downloaded the Apple Silicon version. However, I am still experiencing problems. Could you advise if there’s anything else I can try or any known compatibility issues with macOS Sonoma 14.6.1

no, there are no known issues. Please specify exactly which problems you have or send a detailed report with screenshots and possibly log files to support@syncovery.com.
