getting stuck on shadow

I'm running about 10 profiles at about the same time and various of them get stuck on 'Running (Shadow (Xs))' - see screenshot.

If I cancel the job it runs next time without a problem (but another may stop with the same message).

Hello,
shadow copies should be used sparingly. Not more than one profile should be using a shadow at the same time.

Please review your settings in the profiles under "Access & Retries". Turn Volume Shadowing off, or set it to "Use to Copy Locked Files" only.

Most profiles will not need a volume shadow at all. It is really only needed to copy locked Outlook.pst files while Outlook is running. All other jobs, just turn it off.
