How to copy files only once

Hello there,

We are copying files from various folders on Box to a single folder. We then take those files and edit then place them in the corresponding folders. I can't for the life of me figure out how to only copy the files once. Once we move them and the profile runs again, it sees those files as missing and re-syncs. Am I missing something simple?

you can use the SmartTracking mode to achieve this. Keep the default settings. It will ignore deleted files.
