I want to encrypt some files not all of them.
I want to be able to choose which ones are going to be encrypted and uploaded by file extension or name.

you need to create two separate jobs.

One for example will use the Inclusion Mask
*.docx;*.xlsx;*.pdf

And the other will use the same as Exclusion Mask.
